In our Maths lessons, we have worked practically to show our understanding of scale factors and enlarging shapes.
In English, we have read more of our class text ‘Wonder’ and discussed how Auggie felt before and after the events of Halloween, where his best friend betrays him. This is in preparation for writing an internal monologue.
Our Science lesson this week has seen us investigate the question, what is the colour of light? We learnt that light is made up of the visible spectrum, a rainbow of colours, and that together they appear to make the 'white' light that we all see.
In Art, we learnt about the Mexican artist Leonora Carrington and her interest in dream-like art work. We created our own dream catchers inspired by her pieces.
