In Maths, we have continued to look at the topic of place value when considering ordering and comparing numbers.
In English, we have magpied vocabulary and used this in setting descriptions about a harbour. We have focused on the skills of prepositional phrases and adverbial in varied positions.
We recapped on the features of rivers from our prior learning, before finding the features of the Amazon river.
In History, we showed our understanding of British History through ordering a timeline. We found out when the vicious Vikings came to Britain!
In Science, we learnt the term ‘classification’ and discussed the role of a taxonomist. We even classified our own class!
